This 12" single is still sealed so the vinyl is presumed mint.  Features 4 versions of "I'm Not Playing" including vocal, instrumental, dub, and accapella.  The cover has a cut out in the top left corner, and that corner is also a bit bent and creased, thus the VG- grade.
