This is a used LP in our brick & mortar store.

Vinyl: M (Sealed)
Cover: VG+

This item is still sealed, never opened, so the vinyl is presumed mint.  Cover is in good VG+ condition with just a little bit of shelf wear to a couple corners.  It looks like the very top of the record may be slightly discolored as if it was exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period.  It's a very thin strip across the very top edge.
