Original U.S. white label promo with Promotion Only stamp on the back cover as well. The LP is VG+. There's a little light noise noticeable between some tracks but actual track play is clean. Album has been ultrasonic and Nitty Gritty vacuum cleaned. The cover, alas, has seen better days. Heavy edge wear, some creasing, rubbing and ring wear. Not to mention some doofus wrote "199" in black marker on the front cover. VG+/VG+ copies of this LP tend to sell for around $10 so this is half-priced based on the condition of the cover.
