This item is still sealed, has never been opened, so the vinyl is presumed mint.  The cover has a little storage wear to the corners.  At some point, someone wrote something on the EXTERIOR of the shrinkwrap in black marker, and it has been 75% removed but you can still see a bit of it.  This does not affect the cover itself.
