This is an original white label promo, deep groove mono.  The LP has some visible surface wear but because it is a deep groove, as usual it plays better than it looks.  Nice VG copy with some light hiss.  Bit of surface crackle here and there but not always, and a few minor ticks that are not plentiful.  The first track, the title track, is probably the noisiest on the album and it's still a standard VG.  The cover has some rubbing and "WGBG" written in ink on the back -- presumably the radio station that had and played this promo copy originally.  But structurally the cover is in really good shape.  LP has been ultrasonic and Nitty Gritty vacuum cleaned.
