This is a 3 LP box set that is still sealed, unopened, so the vinyl is presumed mint.  On the back of the box, there is a sticker that says "Complimentary Promotional Copy | Not For Sale | Angel + Seraphim".  The shrinkwrap is torn away in this area but the rest of the box set remains completely sealed.  

This is Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" as performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with the Ambrosian Opera Chorus, conducted by Nicola Resigno.  The cast featured Edita Gruberova, Alfredo Kraus, REnato Bruson, Robert Lloyd, Kathleen Kuhlmann, Bruno Lazzaretti, and Bonaventura Bottone.
