Flat Rate Media Mail Shipping

This is our flat rate shipping charge for unlimited items shipped within the U.S.  We have created this listing for folks who have, perhaps, chosen the "Stack an Order" option at checkout but have decided they'd like to go ahead and pay to ship their order.

"Stack an Order" is an option we offer at checkout by which customers can choose to combine multiple orders over time until they reach our $60 free shipping threshold.  So, i.e., a customer may order a $10 record, pay no up front shipping, come back to the site a week later and order another $20 worth of records, then return another couple weeks later and spend another $30, by which time they would have spent a total of $60 and, so, their entire order would ship together for free.
