This is a 1978 compilation of Gerry Rafferty.  The item is still sealed, so the vinyl is presumed mint, but the cover has some wear.  There is a crude cut-out to the upper-right corner, and the shrink-wrap is torn away in that corner as well.  Some light soiling and shelf wear seen around the edges (not water damage).  A former owner has applied clear tape across the shrink-wrap along the top edge to prevent it from coming undone.  Edge wear present.
