This private press country album -- recorded live -- is SIGNED on the front cover in clear red ink. No smearing, very nice signature. The artist is from Rock Springs, Georgia (according to the address on the back cover). The LP plays a clean VG+. High gloss, a couple light sleeve scuffs / hairlines that do not affect play. The LP has been put through our multi-step cleaning process, which includes a vacuum clean and a spin in an ultrasonic cleaner. The cover is graded VG because of some wear to the corners, particularly the lower right corner. Actual 'artwork' on the front and back are exceptionally clean.
