Swedish language.  Best I can make out, it's performer Jarl Kulle singing and reciting the work of Dan Andersson.  There is some traditional singing as well as some poetry reciting, all in Swedish.  Year is unknown but I'd say 60s at the latest, potentially late 50s.  

The LP has nice luster but some light scuffing and hairlines.  Plays well with some light background noise.  Ultrasonic and Nitty Gritty vacuum cleaned.  Cover has some tearing to the lower-left corner.  Othewrise in good shape with light compression ring wear.
