Original U.S. pressing. A side is mono and B side is stereo. Originally came with a picture sleeve but that is not included. The vinyl looks to be in decent shape with no significant wear but the A side plays with some noticeable crackle throughout. The B side has a bit of noise right at the start but doesn't affect the rest of the track. Ships in a new, white paper sleeve. Seems to be a fairly scarce single even without the picture sleeve.
