This LP is still sealed / unopened so the vinyl is presumed mint.  The cover has a small bump to the top right corner, but it's graded VG- because, on the back cover, you can see what looks like some staining in the lower left corner, so there's potential for a little water damage in that corner once it's opened.  Shouldn't affect the album as the stain is very localized.
