Discogs has no listing for a U.S. promo for this release but they do show up on eBay from time to time.  There is a Promo sticker on the front cover but no white label, nor do any of the promo copies on eBay have white labels.  At auction, they've sold anywhere from $40 -> $250 depending on condition and other factors.

Our copy has been well loved.  Lots of light scratches on all four sides.  Plays with some surface crackle throughout.  The A side starts with a pop for 11 turns that ends during the first line of the first verse.  On my tour through the 4 sides, that was the only pronounced, repeating tick/pop I heard on the recording, but again, you can expect some surface crackle throughout the record and it is graded VG-.

Both original inner sleeves are included, as are the postcards.

The unipak cover has quite a bit of storage wear around the edges, as well as a decent amount of corner wear.  "Lee" is written small in ink pen in the lower right corner of the front cover, and is also written on the labels of side A and side C.  Lastly, there is a bit of a light brown stain on the front cover near the spine about midway down. then again on the back in a couple random places.  

Despite all its flaws, it's a cool, rare piece for Rolling Stones collectors.
