This bluegrass record is still sealed / unopened so the vinyl is presumed mint. The cover, despite being sealed, is a little dirty in a few spots, which is an indicator the LP may need a good cleaning before being played, but I typically clean all sealed albums upon first opening them anyway -- especially older ones like this. There is a ding to the bottom right corner and a light crease in the top left corner. Private press bluegrass album out of McAlester, Oklahoma. It appears all songs except maybe two are originals to Signal Mountain.
