Original U.S. compact disc. The CD is in excellent condition with no scratches or signs of wear. Listened to before listing and plays perfectly. The fold-out insert is in great shape. There are no bends or creases but it's also a bit thick and there's just some general wrinkle-like marks from it being folded. The digipak does have a little discoloration and light staining in a couple spots around the outer edges / corners. There's a black mark through the barcode on the back.
